There is hardly anyone out there with Internet access and a couple friends that does not have a Facebook account. A sign of the times I guess. Social media and its interaction has been the real web movement over the past 18 months or so.
How far will it go, where will it end..? Does not matter really, what does matter is what happens to our personal information without us consciously knowing. When signing up for an account we probably don’t pay enough attention to those EULA’s as we should.
Have you ever wandered how they know which ads to discretely display on your home and profile pages… or why it is so easy for people to steal someone else’s identity? Maybe it is time to start thinking about it.
